　　Honestly speaking, I used to suffer from exam anxiety too. As exams were  coming nearer, I would become anxious about the exams.  Usually I was too nervous, so sometimes I forgot everything in an exam, and it was natural that I failed it. Luckily, under the help of my English teeacher, Mr. Xu , I broke away from such bad situation, so now I am not afraid of exams and have already made greater progress in my studies. Therefore,to stop this tragedy/situation from

　　happening to you, I will tell you some tips to get rid of exam anxiety.

　　对消除或减少考试恐惧感提出行之有效的办法

　　First of all, change your attitude to exams. Don’t pay too much attention to the results, and focus on what you should do in every class. You should believe that good preparations are bound to bring you good results. Besides, believe in yourself and be confident. You said you had prepared well, so you should believe that you can do well in the exams. Last but not the least/Lastly/Finally, do some things for fun and don't make preparations for exams all day long. For example, you can try to take part in some instructive after-school activities, such seeing a film, listening to light music, playing basketball with friends and so on.

　　On May 12, 2008, a terrible earthquake hit / broke out in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, killing tens of thousands of people and leaving millions of people homeless. But now, great changes have taken place there, so we can see that 95 percent of the construction project has been completed, and 3,800 schools, 2,100 hospitals and more than 2 million houses have been built or rebuilt. We are glad to find that the local economy has recovered gradually and some economy is developing quickly and the ecology has improved. Thanks to the government, every family has been provided with a house  and everyone has been protected by social security. Since the earthquake broke out, the government has devoted the utmost efforts to help the people in the area, so I feel we should owe the successful construction to our great country, and I am proud of being Chinese.

　　Kids misbehave from time to time and they do so for various reasons. Some want adults to notice them while others have extra energy or just copy other people's behavior. It's wise to find out the reasons before correcting their misbehaviour.(W:41)

　　The passage reminds me of my experiences(承上启下句,很重要). When I was ten, one day, from /out of curiosity, I stole a cigarette from my uncle，then stole into the washing room and began to smoked it secretly there.  Unfortunately, while I was enjoyed it, I was caught by my father  . To my surprise, my father didn't punish me immediately and just had a talk with me patiently . He told me about the bad effects of smoking, and that I shouldn't do it any more.(W:80)
